Full planning

  • Unlimited contact via phone, email/text and meetings in person/face time
  • Budget development
  • Offer advise, etiquette and traditional ways but remembering that this is YOUR day
  • Research/Assist with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Assist with dinner rehearsal planning
  • Create event floor plan, seating and design based on the ceremony and reception venues
  • Assist in wedding gown search/set up appointments
  • Vendor selection based on your needs/budget
  • Arrange/attend vendor appointments; review rental/purchase options
  • Serve as the point of contact for all vendors
  • Book/block hotel rooms
  • All contact is documented as a summary of conversation with action plan/follow up
  • Includes “Ship Shape” package

Partial planning

  • Consultation to discuss services
  • Unlimited phone/email/text contact with wedding planner from date of signed contract
  • Document phone/meetings with follow up action plan/follow up
  • Recommend venue/beach house/restaurant/for dinner rehearsal
  • Search/share on Pinterest; share with vendors selected pictures
  • Research/recommend vendor selection with written detailed vendor worksheet
  • Review vendor contracts; ensure rental items are accounted for
  • Contact vendors to confirm details and ensure expectations will be met
  • Work closely with rental vendors/minimize delivery charges
  • Track payments to vendors and send reminders
  • Set up tastings for caterer/baker/trial run for hair/make-up/appointments for rentals
  • Decoration shopping/selection/pick up/order online as requested
  • Offer vases /chalkboards/doors/arbor and décor from our supply
  • Assist with decisions on final decorations, seating, menu, party favors, bridal gifts, etc
  • Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything

Day of

  • Initial consultation with bride and groom
  • Unlimited phone/email/text with wedding planner 2 months prior to wedding
  • Meet 4-6 weeks prior to wedding
  • Receipt of all vendor contracts to manage on day of wedding
  • Vendor spreadsheet which details times of arrival and points of contact
  • Conduct rehearsal
  • Detailed wedding and reception timeline created and sent to all vendors
  • Ensure venue has tables/chairs layout
  • Ensure RSVP count to caterer
  • Manage decorations-ceremony, cocktail hour, reception; greet vendors
  • Set up/break down, responsible for all of bride’s decorations to ensure they are returned
  • Oversight of ceremony with attention to detail
  • Oversight of reception – ensure guests are taken care of, introductions, toasts, cake cutting, dancing, games etc
  • Return all florist vases if rented
  • Provide emergency kit to include items for attire, health, grooming and other miscellaneous tools, even straws to protect lipstick during photo session
  • Ensure stress free outcome for YOUR fun and beautiful memorable wedding
